3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Orders or quotations are confirmed only after approval by UltraCore Computers Trading & Services.
4. Used & Refurbished Products
Used and refurbished products may show normal signs of previous use. The condition of each item will be communicated to the customer before purchase where applicable.
Customers are advised to inspect or test products before accepting delivery whenever possible.
5. Warranty
Warranty periods vary by product and will be clearly mentioned on the quotation, invoice or product listing where applicable.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, accidental damage, software-related issues, or damage caused by unsuitable accessories or power conditions, unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Repair, installation, maintenance and technical services are subject to inspection and diagnosis.
Any estimated price provided before inspection may change if additional faults or replacement parts are identified. Customers will be informed before major additional work is carried out.

8. Quotations & Orders
Quotations are valid for the period specified in the quotation and are subject to product availability.
An order may be cancelled or adjusted if a product becomes unavailable, discontinued or incorrectly listed due to an inventory or technical error.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to the terms stated on the invoice, quotation or applicable warranty.
Products must be returned with the required accessories and documentation where applicable. Certain products or services may not be eligible for return due to their nature or condition.
10. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and installation information.
Customers should maintain appropriate backups of their data before submitting computers, laptops, servers, storage devices or other equipment for repair or service.
UltraCore Computers Trading & Services is not responsible for loss of customer data where the customer has not maintained a proper backup.

Power Adapters, Chargers, Power Supplies & Device Compatibility Policy
15.1 Product Specifications and Listing Information
UltraCore Computers Trading & Services makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, model numbers and technical specifications. However, certain technical details, including output voltage (V), current (A), wattage (W), polarity, connector size and compatibility, may be incomplete or unavailable in some product listings, particularly for compatible, replacement, used or pre-owned adapters and power supplies.
Customers are advised to verify all relevant specifications with UltraCore Computers Trading & Services before purchasing or using any product if any information is missing, unclear or uncertain.
15.2 Mandatory Compatibility Verification Before Use
Before connecting or using any charger, AC adapter, laptop adapter, desktop power supply or other power-related product, the customer must verify that its specifications are suitable for the intended device.
The customer should check, as applicable:
Output voltage (V).
Output current (A) and required power capacity (W).
Connector type, size and fit.
Polarity, where applicable.
AC/DC output type and input power requirements.
Manufacturer recommendations and device-specific compatibility requirements.
A connector that physically fits does not necessarily mean that the adapter is electrically compatible. Customers must not assume that a product is suitable for their device based on appearance, connector size or wattage alone.
15.3 Contact the Company Before Use if in Doubt
If the customer is uncertain about any specification, notices missing or conflicting information, or cannot confirm compatibility with the intended device, the customer must not connect or use the product until clarification has been obtained.

15.4 Responsibility for Incorrect or Unverified Use
Where a customer uses or connects a product despite a known or reasonably identifiable compatibility concern, without obtaining clarification, or contrary to the compatibility instructions provided by the company or manufacturer, UltraCore Computers Trading & Services shall not be responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for damage caused by that improper, incompatible or unauthorized use.
This may include damage to laptops, desktop computers, motherboards, batteries, storage devices, connected peripherals or other equipment, as well as associated data loss, where the damage is attributable to such misuse or incompatibility and not to a defect or breach for which the company is legally responsible.
15.5 Stop Using Any Suspected Incompatible Product
If a customer discovers that an adapter or power supply has incorrect specifications, does not match the intended device, overheats abnormally, produces an unusual smell, sparks, or causes the device to malfunction, the customer must immediately stop using it and disconnect the power safely where possible.
The customer should contact the company for inspection, verification, exchange, return or other appropriate assistance in accordance with the applicable return policy, warranty and Qatar law.
15.6 Company Responsibility for Confirmed Specifications and Defective Products
Where UltraCore Computers Trading & Services expressly confirms compatibility or supplies a product for a specified device, the product must conform to the specifications and conditions agreed with the customer, subject to applicable law.
If a product is defective, materially misdescribed, supplied with incorrect specifications, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable legal requirements, the customer’s statutory rights and any applicable warranty or remedy shall remain unaffected.
The company will assess reported issues and provide the remedy required by applicable law and the relevant warranty or transaction terms.
15.7 Customer Confirmation and Record of Advice
Customers are encouraged to retain their invoice, product listing, written compatibility confirmation and relevant communications with the company. Where compatibility is uncertain, customers should obtain written confirmation before connecting the product.
Any customer acknowledgement of this policy is intended to promote safe use and informed purchasing. It does not waive any consumer rights or exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the State of Qatar.
15.8 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, UltraCore Computers Trading & Services shall not be liable for damage arising solely from the customer’s failure to follow clearly communicated compatibility requirements, the use of an incompatible third-party device or accessory, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or continued use after a warning or suspected fault.
